What is Heluns.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling fashion and clothing items like Linen pants, blouses, accessories, dresses, jumpsuits, men’s outwear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Heluns as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address on its Contact Us page as Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray’s Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. We also don’t find any evidence that Heluns is operated by Hymax Company Limited. It has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Moreover, this company name is found to be used by other suspicious sites like FamousPops, Ukukglobal, Daucvn, Omnienter, FunnyShoppy, EasternCloth, Thunzon, Xstover, Overbb, PeachBlooms, MixtureVolt, SuperFanMan, LeastSports, Amoryy, HarneStore, Lincpau, Mclothings, Yankeeoconnor, ColyLighting, Cocotinonn, Physba, Cusguin, EtsyDeals, Alyuu, Cdcgangstar, Chillocean, GorgeousWell, MixsStore, Turbofecil, and so on.

Its email address i.e. Heluns2021@outlook.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling various products at heavy discounts that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that you will be responsible for any return shipping cost. It is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the above mentioned facts, we can draw a conclusion that Heluns is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.
