On a sunny noon, I found myself walking a 45 mins journey to my school prominent junction “Uniport Junction”. It was more painful when I walk past the first bus park “Abuja park”, but a young broke guy has nothing to worry until he arrive to his destination.

30 minutes to my painful journey, I stumbled upon a kid around “12 years” my conscience will never let me walk past his red swollen eyes. He looked so cute, innocent, lackadaisical and slothful.

My knees down, I asked “My friend what’s wrong?”, his pitied looked won’t let me stand the fact am a man, my weak emotions were already reacting to his crying intonations, my fragile tears glands without my permission filled my eyes with tears like rain yet to pour from the cloud.

The sun was damn so hot, he was bear footed, he trousers were falling from his waist as he has no belt, he was putting on a feminine top, whereas he is a guy. I knew family conditions weren’t so comfortable.

With tears, he hugged me uttering “I lost the money my mummy gave me to buy slippers”, my cloth already stained with his sneeze – I wasn’t concerned at all.

Emotional Poems about Broken Heart, Life Struggles, Love and Pain

Concentiously, my tears glands spilled all the stored cloud rain. I didn’t know when I found myself backing him to “Uniport junction market”, his money has being picked by someone else, the coal tar heat was unbearable for his feet, he had no dad – what will a good Samaritan do? I just had to back the light weighted guy.

In 10 mins time, we arrived. I deeped my hands in my pocket, gave him the micro penny I had. I smiled at him, but I knew deep in me I have saved him from lashes at home – I told him “Keep whatever change that remained”, foolishly some will say “Without zeal for happily losing my little kobo, I walk it all back for about an hour”.

I knew he was happy, but my emotions was mixed with depression, stress and joy.

King Monada Malwedhe Biography And Lifestyle Story

Below is a poem by EFE.

Tales of the broken hearted’
Sometimes I wonder how I feel
You’ve hurt me but it’s possible to heal
Emotions filling my stomach, I don’t want a meal
My heart is breaking, I taught it was made of steel
I remember the good days, those memories I can’t kill
How did it happen, my eyes stay still,
The tears flow, I try to conceal,
The numbness inside I don’t want to reveal
My mouth wide open, the words are not going spill,
I close my eyes and wish all this is not real
No. I can’t give up that’s the deal
I’ll fight for you, die for you, yes I will
I hope this reaches your heart openly without a seal
And our love should come back around spinning like a wheel

Sounds of sand in love!
If starry space no limit.. And sun succeeds to sun…
There is no reason to suppose. Our earth the only one.
Min’s countless constellations cast, A million words may be
With each a heart to bless or blast , And to steer up devises
Just think, A million heart or so.. To guide it vital stream
Without all to the boss.(love)
A deity supreme
Such Magnitude oppress my heart, From cosmic space it wings
So untimely it comes but hard to find
Relief in little things. For look!!!. Within my hallow hand
While around earth careens, I wonder what it means
Ahhh… getting so late to notice
Only to realize it LOVE
And it’s a mystery…

Events are said to cause emotions, those feelings in expressive words produce a poem with relation to our present feelings. Lots of poems have being written worldwide, some are so short while others so long.

* BROKEN *
Drenched by my tear, The wind rejected me,
Fear envelopes my heart, My heart is crumbled,
Can’t pick up the pieces, The chains of loneliness grip me,
But the news of your leaving, Kept me in darkness for so long,
In there I remembered,  Those nights you sang to me a song,
Oh! My heart has failed me.  In some way I thought I could do it,
But the ghost in me, Kept pushing me towards you,
Although I cried not because you left, You were happy without me,
But it’s not the same now again, This time, am gearing up,
Re-engine myself, Be friend the wind,
This time, am bracing up, To the ghost in me I say,
“YOUR TIME IS UP”
Since you forgot me,
Am doing the same.

DRUNK IN POETRY

*DRUNK IN POETRY*

Back to drinking always
Hoping to achieve full sacks
Never to be called a fool who lacks

Young lad turns bad
Dad get mad for poets
He’s always inking and never sinking

Poetry with it poultry
It rears and bears words for the world
Gotten from emotions through motions and actions

This drink cost alot of sacrifice
It’s a calling from God not gods
It’s made fancy with great fantasy

Scribbling and dribbling every morning to get the perfect target from imperfect tar get
All to write and get proper paid money from improper laid
It’s right so it keeps occurring and recurring every night

Learning more leads to earning more
A bard called an addict for poems
We pray for positive ray of glories from our negative stories to get the best card from the rest pad

DEAR GOD

MY GOD

PRESENTS

.DUET ON THE TOPIC: *DEAR GOD!*

Death speaking in tongues,
As a flame of fire tongue
Waiting like a waiter to receive the glory of shame through men
For they act like hen
What will I gain gain from this question WHEN?
Where every huddles of beast has turned to a gist

I respect the voice of the wilderness,
For the desert has wildered away in my twinkle like a disappearance star
Waiting to see the moon in no avail of its angle
Calling the angEL of angLE
To stand for me in the darkest path
Pushing me away from the rocky parts

The big eye is at its centre of equilibrium
Having its measurement at the pendulum of the cambium
Recording the result as insult
For the innovations has turned to renovations
For I know I have a salvation that will take me to the sanctuary
The pad has turned to bad
For the hope is now in between the spoke of a bicycle

Reason me ohhh God
For my people are now dog
Trying to dodge from the dirge of the succors
Belittling the scorpion as a tiny beast of the breast
That will rest in the chest of the heavenly bed…

DEAR GOD!

It’s already March
Still waiting for the success story
Everything been tough
Everywhere is rough

DEAR GOD!
Results turns insults
The blacks lacks alot
The government has left us hanging
Anger revolves around

DEAR GOD!
Your daughter needs aids
It’s not our daughters getting AIDS
Boys takes their prides in exchange for papers
They lost their fortunes all to lust

DEAR GOD!
The sun race grace the son to hustle less
No matter our mistakes pardon us and bless
We appreciate your efforts and seek more efforts
Our past stories shouldn’t hurt the present and future
